Volkswagen Prototype XL-1 | Applewood Motorcar

Applewood Motorcar was selected as the carrier for the Volkswagen Hybrid Prototype during it’s ONLY visit to the United States. It was driven to the front of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City by the Chairman of the Board of Volkswagen.

This magnificent feat of engineering sports the most modern components and operating systems that allow it to obtain over 250 miles to the gallon of diesel.
